These Digital Images can be used in any program that supports layers and the use of .jpg files, including Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, Paintshop Pro and Gimp to name a few.
 
 
*** INSTRUCTION *** 
1. Open the file in Program of choice (.JPG Files)
2. Print 
3. Cut out each piece with scissors. 
4. Toppers - Using 2 Toppers back to back glue them together with a small popsicle stick or cake pop stick between the 2 pieces. Let dry before using.
5. Cupcake Wraps - After wrap has been cut out, cut a small slit down flat end so the tab can fit through. Bend piece connecting both ends together. place the tab through the slit you cut, glue or tape tab to the inside of wrap. Place cupcakes into wraps.
 
 
For best results when printing, use a heavy, high-quality white cardstock, kraft cardstock, or linen paper.
